Help with your private workspace
Balance & Poker keeps your personal balances and cash-game results in separate sections.
Sign in on your iPhone
Use the same Apple account you registered with. Your sign-in is remembered for up to 30 days. If you chose Lock, use Unlock my workspace and complete Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
New users choose Create my new account and continue with Apple to create a separate private workspace. No operator activation or website connection code is needed.
Try sample records
On versions with Explore sample workspace, you can try editable fictional People and Poker records without signing in. Changes stay in app memory, are never uploaded, and disappear when you exit the sample workspace or close the app. Use an account to keep real records. Sample Settings can restore the original examples.
Saved records and a replacement phone
Saved iPhone records are stored in your cloud account. Reinstall the app and sign in with the same registered Apple account. After signing in, use Settings to remove sessions from a lost device. Unsaved entries are not retained when the app locks.
The fresh iPhone workspace is separate from your existing private website. Website passkeys and recovery codes do not unlock the iPhone account.
If a save cannot be confirmed
Use Retry the same save. If you closed the app, sign in and check your records before entering the same change again.
People bankroll
On versions with People bankroll, set a starting amount once. Existing balances are not added again. New They owe me entries increase the bankroll; I owe entries decrease it. Payments, adjustments and corrections update it automatically. Deposits and withdrawals only log money movements; the app does not transfer money. Poker remains separate.
Bankroll history covers the last 28 days from when each change was recorded. Older details expire while their effect stays in the current balance. Deleting a person or a People history does not change this separate total.
